Add autopilot testing
for DeliveryTracker
It is a good idea to start putting together some autopilot tests as the UI begins to get more complex. Doing this now will help create a good foundation for testing as development moves forward.

Fix delivery tracker web scraper scripts
for DeliveryTracker
The web scraper tracking scripts have gotten out of date. Specifically, some websites have changed and need to be rechecked and the actual format of the data collected has changed in the app backend.
