A tiny helper to produce not trivially spoofable, easily sharable cookies.
Can be used to provide an X-ish timestamp-based focus-stealing-prevention approach, while making it sufficiently difficult to spoof that clients don't bother to try.
History has shown that if it's easy to spoof, clients will don fake mustaches and glasses at the first hint of FSP.
