ftpsync provides fast folder synchronization via ftp.
It only uploads new/changed files/dirs and removes obsolete files and dirs on the FTP site.
Changed files are detected by comparing the SHA1sums of old and new files.
ftpsync maybe needs an other name. If you have an idea, please let me know.
