Capoeira provides a simple user interface for sharing folders through Samba, following the KISS philosophy. It's prepared for recognizing local users and Microsoft Active Directory users if winbind daemon is correctly configured and is providing domain users information to NSS. The application contains a widget for easily finding users and add them to the access control list of a shared folder. This software manages ACLs on Samba, and if the underlaying filesystem supports Posix ACLs, it manages them too. It integrates with Nautilus on a right click action over a folder (Nautilus popup menu).
