µBackup for WinNT 1.0 Alpha 3 released!

Hi!
Today we have released the 3rd alpha of µBackup for WinNT systems (0.99.3.winnt.16).
Note that this is not the port of the original µBackup for Unix systems, but this is a completely
rewritten version.
Main features of this development release are:
- Logging support
- SetCheck tool
- Possibility to configure Log file
- Possibility to set the destination

  directory of the backup archive (%dest_dir%)
- Possibility to check and modify

  the configuration settings before the backup
