PPA description
NOTE: this PPA is only used up to and including core22, anything newer will use the shim and GRUB direct from the main archive.
This is PPA used to submit unsigned binaries to ~canonical-signing for UC Online Key signing requests.

Summary of steps to use this PPA:
1) Perform unsigned source package copy from the Ubuntu Archive, including both source and .deb binaries
2) Upload no-change rebuild of the -signed package, ideally make it FTBFS in this ppa, such that it can only build in the UC Online Signing PPA
3) Open a bug report against ubuntu project, requesting UC Online Key signature and _subscribe_ ~canonical-signing team to it. Also ping apw about it
4) Await signing / bug closure
5) Request signed source&binary packages copy from the UC Online Signing PPA to the Staging PPA https:/
