I work as an ECM Technical Director, usually with enterprise systems. I focus on tools to help improve users' access and utilization of knowledge, including:

- Knowledge management
- Semantic technologies

I've been in the field over 20 years, and I have considerable architectural experience. I worked at Lotus, IBM, and a number of other companies, and I started my own dot com some years back.
