It shouldn't be used on any system and when used it's recommended to use pinning to only get the needed package(s).

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:stgraber/foundation-build to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing) 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:stgraber/foundation-build
sudo apt update
