Used to be in IT years ago..back when PRIMOS & VAX/VMS were popular! Started out as a comms engineer, then a systems programmer, then hardware & systems integration consultant and finally a project manager. Gave it all up after 20 years to fly aeroplanes for a living, but still keep an interest, particularly in the rise of Ubuntu as a real (and far superior!) alternative to Windows on the desktop.
