xrdp-hwe-18.04

PPA description

Currently, xrdp packages are broken on Ubuntu 18.04.2. You can't install xorgxrdp, unless you downgrade to 18.04 (i.e., no HWE).

So, this PPA is only a rebuild of the same "xrdp" source from Ubuntu 18.04.2 itself but, linked against "xserver-xorg-core-hwe-18.04" and "xserver-xorg-dev-hwe-18.04", instead of old "xserver-xorg-dev".

That's it! Now we can use xrdp on Ubuntu 18.04.2 while keeping latest HWE packages!

NOTE: After installing the package, you must run:

    sudo adduser xrdp ssl-cert
    sudo reboot

Adding this PPA to your system

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:martinx/xrdp-hwe-18.04 to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing) 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:martinx/xrdp-hwe-18.04
sudo apt update
