Kubuntu Focus Release Candidates
PPA description
This repository is provided for CUSTOMERS to review release candidates. This should be safe, but like with any large upgrade, please ensure your data is backed up before proceeding. Previously we used this for the Plasma 5.27 upgrade, which is detailed below.
# TEST UPGRADES WITH PLASMA 5.27
## 1. Add this Repo and Upgrade
add-apt-repository ppa:kfocus-
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
reboot
## 2. Update to Plasma 5.27 with second upgrade
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
# ROLLBACK
sudo ppa-purge ppa:kfocus-
sudo ppa-purge ppa:kubuntu-
reboot
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:kfocus-team/release-candidates to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kfocus-team/release-candidates
sudo apt update
