Minimal Oracle Linux support in MOS as a compute node
for Fuel for OpenStack
As addition to RHEL 7 support as compute nodes (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/rhel-compute-nodes) we should be able to deploy Oracle Linux 7 computes. Minimal RHEL 7 support in MOS as a compute node

We need to have an ability to deploy RHEL compute node and successfully connect it to OpenStack cluster deployed by Fuel.
The main idea is to document all steps required to manually add pre-provisioned RHEL node as compute node to existing OpenStack cloud deployed by Fuel. No integration with Fuel is required.
