Need to complete the event daemon for discoverd

The event daemon is basically working, but it is still buggy and unfinished. New features are required : refactoring the existing measures and adding new ones, improving the interface to read & sort the results.

The core of the collector (DiscoverD, Daemon, EventDaemon) have to be improved in order to gain performances on bigger networks and to get a better stability. More configuration options about the scan process should be available and other ways than ICMP discovery have to be studied.
