Changes made in this version:
* A check is performed to determine if the program is run as root.
* dcdbas will only be loaded if it isn't already.
* Comboboxes and scale will be set after current colors/intensity on startup.
* A check is performed on startup to detect if dellLEDCtl is found more than once.
* A button is provided for the touchpad LED if libsmbios 2.0.2 or higher is installed.
* On Ubuntu, the two desktop-files are replaced by one, using su-to-root instead of gksudo and kdesu.
So if you compile libsmbios version 2.0.2, you can also set the touchpad LED on or off.
