* debian/rules:
- Set FMT_PEDANTIC=on to enable more compiler warnings.
- Set CMAKE_POSITION_INDEPENDENT_CODE=on to compile the static library
with -fPIC, so it can used in shared libraries. Thanks to
Boyuan Yang for the report. (Closes: #878070)
* debian/patches:
- 0013-doc-index-removed-GitHub-iframe.patch: added.
This removes autoloading GitHub buttons from the documentation.
