* Use synctex parser provided by libsynctex-dev. (Closes: #753812)

+ Add libsynctex-dev to B-D.
* Enable parallel Building. (Closes: #751194)
+ Thanks to Pino Toscano for it.
* Remove debian/source/options because the default now is xz.
