  * Update debian/copyright.
  * Bump policy to 3.9.3 (no change needed).
  * Bump debhelper to 8.
  * Update tags in debian/patches.
  * Allow float point number in options: --page-width, --page-height, 
    --left-margin, --right-margin, --top-margin, --bottom-margin, 
    and --margins.
  * Fixed the overlapped text bug.
  * Add an option: --outlines (Closes: #651256).
