hunspell (1.1.4-3.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Set LANG=C at the top of tests/test.sh; fixes FTBFS when LANG is not C
    during build (since sed behaves differently).
  * Ensure we are working on signed characters when converting to and from
    UTF-8 internally; should fix test failures and FTBFS on arm.
