A charm to create Ubuntu mirrors/caches.
This project is the top-level "upstream" project for the ubuntu-repository-cache charm, a charm that deploys an ubuntu archive cache.
Most of the caching is done by squid (for the packages themselves), but the metadata syncing (the package lists) requires special care to remain consistent at all times.
