Release notes 

Incremental release based on upstream git.denx.de v2011.06 (same as 11.07). Includes new SPL functionality for omap4_panda cherry picked from upstream git. This new functionality means that the MLO secondary program loader now comes from u-boot sources and not a separate x-loader package. This is only for omap4_panda at the moment. The OMAP3 boards still require x-loader. Other changes include PXE fixes based on feedback from Ubuntu ARM and Server teams and fixes from Linaro OCTO and other fixes for mx51loco from Freescale landing team.
