pyexiv2 0.3.1 released

I am pleased to announce that pyexiv2 0.3.1 was released today.

Packages for Ubuntu will soon be available in the pyexiv2-developers' PPA (https://launchpad.net/~pyexiv2-developers/+archive/ppa).
