New partimage-ng is ready for testing

Written for partimage-ng by Dmitry Ivanov on 2010-01-06

New, completely rewritten, partimage-ng is ready for testing. The changes include:
* support for selective backup/restore
* support for single-drive partitions and LVM volumes
* NTFS support switched to ntfs-3g (with fallback to ntfsprogs)
* split into a shared library and a CLI utility

There are still lots of rough edges but it's finally ready for testing. Give it a try. '''NOTE:''' the image format and CLI commands have changed. See http://partimage-ng.net/index.php?title=Manual for details.

Also, we have a new wiki-based website at http://partimage-ng.net. Until I get around to setting up a forum, all questions go to my e-mail or to https://answers.launchpad.net/partimage-ng.
