Maccaferri live-build!

Maccaferri has now moved to using the newer live-build instead of live-helper program. This means we are kinda in sync with upstream Debian!
We will still need to use OEM's version of live-build due to missing patches in Natty's live-build package, but we're up to date with upstream, so upstream docs are now relevant!
