liblockdir implements safe locking over libvfs. Directory based locking builds
on the behaviour of mv and directories to implement robust locking on local
disks, network file systems, SFTP/SFTP and so forth. Because the locks are
built on a shared layer, a lock created on an NFS path is visible to a SFTP
client at the same time.
