Version 3.15.0.2 released

EPICS Base 3.15.0.2 (the final developer release before the first operational release from the 3.15 branch) is now available for download from the usual locations. See http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/base/R3-15/0.php for more details. The documentation on this page will continue to be updated between now and the 3.15.1 release in December 2014. Please read the Release Notes for details of the major changes included in this version.
