Bluemapia

This project is for the porting and maintenance of Bluemapia Mobile to Qt, initially on Symbian OS, but eventually to support all mobile platforms where Qt is suported. Bluemapia (http://www.bluemapia.com/) is a location based social networking client for sailors.

Another aspect of this port is to combine with the MOSS4G project (http://trac.osgeo.org/moss4g/) as a back end for both Bluemapia and MOSSMAP (Bluemapia currently uses GDAL, the core component of MOSS4G, anyway). The eventual goal is to create a platform for building location-based applications using free maps, along with some reference clients.
