Rev.65 - Last 0.2 Stage?

we just released Rev.65 and are thinking of going to the next version, 0.3 \o/
there's just 1 single thing preventing us from it... we would like to have keybindings inside bIRC with `bind`, but its being a bit... erm... unpolite ;)
