Released beta2

Finally beta2 was released after lots of bug fixing, some added features - noteworthy especially the semi-automatic import of ISBN & DOI informations for bibliographies (ISBN should work for all ISBNs [using ottobib.com]; DOIs so far should work mostly for sagepub.com and springerlink.com).
