Fixes several bugs in Ares 1.0.

- Fixed a stale pointer bug in the original game
- Fixed a crash when minimizing the game with radial indicators visible
- Fixed a crash when loading a game
- Observers will now see production cameos
- Production pcx cameos are rendered correctly now
- Fixed units staying phased out when being chronoshifted onto rubble
- TeamRetaliate was not implemented correctly
- Hunter Seekers do not target objects outside of the map
- Fixed Rubble logic forgetting to remove the old building from the game
- KillDriver no longer crashes if fallback country Special doesn't exist
- Crushing will no longer give double bounty
- Units with killed drivers will not go into guard or hunt mission when EMP expires
- Parasites used the wrong coordinates when exiting
- FactoryOwners regression fixed
- Operator= can now be reset using "<none>"
- Check whether buildings are eligible before trying to clone something
